I like living here, the environment is very harmonious, the neighbors are friendly, and the leisure areas are very useful. I would like the common areas to be cleaner. Sometimes on weekends, a lot of trash accumulates in the trash cans, hallways, and even in the elevator. I say this because the structure of the condominium is excellent, so it needs to be preserved. The buildings are modern and spacious.

Hello everyone, I feel very secure in my new community. The people are friendly and I love my new resident. I love the Office staff. They are friendly and very efficient my friends and family when they look at the community on the website they all compliment and they are very happy for me. All of the stores in the area is very close by my new home and that is very convenient for me. I can’t wait to meet all my new neighbors and hopefully make new friends so if you see me in the halls it’s OK to give me the scoop on anything thats new in the community.

Amazing place to live. Staff are helpful and also amazing. When things or other tenants go off, they will fix it. The events they throw are super fun, it’s great to see everyone get together on waffle day. The amenities are super, and being steps away from bars and wine restaurants.

Citria is the place to be. Their apartments are spacious, let in lots of natural light, with a gorgeous modern kitchen, and HUGE walk-in closets. It is centrally located with easy access to the highway and lots of shopping. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very responsive. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend living here!

Great safe place to live, but I think there needs to be an anonymous tip line to report aggressive dogs living in the complex. There are several poorly behaved dogs that frighten my dog terribly and the owners do nothing to correct it. It’s a little ridiculous. Dishwashers are awful. The gates on the sidewalks need to be locked, not anyone should be able to walk in and out.

Beautiful apartment complex. I like to live here and would say love and would give 5 stars except that the pool supposed to be about 85 degrees and the warmer is out a lot of times!!! The heated beautiful big pool was our biggest reason to move in here and it’s very disappointing that it doesn’t work a lot of times!!! During winter time the heater wasn’t working for weeks. Since they “fixed it” is working for a few days and then it’s not. It’s annoying!

I have been here for 3 years now and it has been a positive experience on the whole. There were some issues with people not picking up after their soda, but that issue seems to have been resolved. New renters did not seem to understand the rules of the valet garbage pick up but once again, that has been resolved. Maintenance is wonderful!

Buildings are kept clean. Trash service is a nice convenience. Kyle, in the leasing office is a joy to deal with & sets a good standard for excellent communication and customer service. The mail/package room is a nightmare, packages get lost frequently and the area is disorganized. The building security is quite frankly non-existent. The building doors are rarely tightly closed (anyone can enter,) and the key fobs rarely work the first tap, sometimes taking up to 10 attempts for access.

We’ve been here for 2 years now and have loved Citria. While the first 6mo of it being open was a struggle with amenities, everything has been wonderful since. The front office staff who is so helpful and nice. Only maybe could be improved, would be the landscaping. Mulch was applied once and then hasn’t been put back throughout the “seasons” just looks bare under all the nice plants.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The pool area and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

Very nice apartment community. I just moved in a week ago so I haven’t seen everything yet. I have seen some things that are concerning though. The window was broken in the golf simulator so it is closed. The elevator was broken in my building one day this week. There is trash overflowing out of the outside garbage can when you walk up to the building. There are many things that I like a lot about this place though, I just hope that maintenance is fixing things quickly.

I recently moved in with my girlfriend and the staff were extremely accommodating to all of our questions and provided answers in a swift manner. The apartment had a broken water pipe under the sink and it was repaired within 2 hours of submitting the request to fix it.

Very nice complex. Everything is done quickly when needed. The smoking policy could be enforced more. I defiantly smell weed often around the complex.

I have had the beat experience living at Citria. I moved here in April and every staff member I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been phenomenal. The entire community is kept extremely clean and maintenance always does an exceptional job in a timely manner. I love Citria and there is nowhere id rather live.

The team a Citria has been amazing. The reason for not a 5-star is that the unit not being ready for us upon our arrival. However, working with the management team, everything was handled within four days of our arrival.

Great amenities, gym and workout facilities are top notch and clean. Maintenance is usually very quick to fix issues when they come up. Only thing is the walls are very thin and easy to hear people around you and above you.

Overall my experience in our apartment community has been positive. We do continue to have occasional problems with doors and gates closing or opening. The people are exceptionally nice - those who work here as well as my neighbors.

The staff is friendly and the amenities are nice but I personally don’t use them that often. They need to add a light to turn in on Fruitville because it is a pain to have to make the u-turn. Love the apartments but definitely overpriced.

I do love living amongst all the beauty Citria offers! I love waking up with palm trees and a beautiful clean pool. My favorite part is opening my sliding glass to the sound of the pools water features. Also, Matthew is always amazing at helping with any situations I might have.

Quiet spot- close to everything! It’s nice that even though you see 75- you don’t hear it. Only downside is hearing the dogs while in the halls- but apartment seems quiet while you’re inside.

The people in the front office and maintenance staff are really good at their work and at making us feel welcomed. However, every now and then I do have a problem with trash collection. Last time, the bag was not picked up but WAS moved to the other side of the door and untied. Matthew called to straighten things out.

Great location but it takes forever to get things fixed. There is no security because the front door of the building won’t even lock. Our keys still have problems in all the side doors.
